Hi.I have sold items which cost 75USD plus 16USD shipping to a Mexico buyer.Shipping from Turkey to Mexico may take 4-10 weeks by air mail with tracking number according to my last experiences.I have messaged to buyer to send 10USD more to me for for shipping by UPS because it takes too much time to ship by air mail.It seems buyer is new buyer with zero feedback and he did not answer to my questions.(i think he did not check mails)
Is there any UPS customs fees in Mexico ? If yes what are the fees? I can ship it by UPS myself but i am afraid if customer do not pay the UPS fees the package may turn us back.Thank you

You cannot ask the buyer for more shipping money after the buyer has bought.....the correct shipping amount should be in the listing to begin with..........
I would check with UPS in Turkey to find out how they work...... It may be entirely different than here in the US.........

Thank you for your reply.I already will not charge customer,i will pay difference and just will send via UPS as i find UPS dealer which make some discount.I am just worrying about customer will not pay UPS customs fees in Mexico.I had some bad experiences with Mexican buyers and i do not trust them.

If you did not specify that you were using a courier in your listing, you should never use a courier especially for an international sale. In my experience a courier will charge much higher fees to the receiver than if the package had been sent through the mail system.

UPS is going to charge the buyer a $35 brokerage fee plus duty.

You can block buyers from any country you don't wish to ship to by going to the Site Preferences > Selling Preferences > Shipping Preferences > Exclude shipping locations from your listings, then click on Edit and do your blocking. All your listing will be updated to reflect those exclusions.

Don't use UPS.
