Buyer opened a RR claiming that my item was Phake so eBay grants him to return the item. A week later has past and there was No tracking number uploaded. Thus eBay close the case. It's been about three weeks since I haven't heard from the buyer to find out today that He left me a negative feedback calling me a liar and was never refunded!?
Can I have my feedback removed?

Ok if never returned & ebay closed the case without a refund then buyer had the option to return and didn't so call & ask to have it removed.
Tell CS buyer did not return item for refund case was closed in your favor.

You can report the buyer that may help. Use the drop down list next to item labeled 'More actions'

Were you instructed to provide a return shipping label to the buyer and did you? If you did not the buyer was able to leave a negative that will not be removed. When a buyer claims not as described, decide if a full or partial refund is warranted, or accept the return at your cost.
Your no return policy does not fly in the face of ebay's Money Back Guarantee, so it would be best to change it, especially if you want to grow your business and become a Top Rated Seller.

Maybe they figured it was too much trouble to return the item only to get $26 of their own money back. Maybe they didn't realize since it was a SNAD item they were entitled to return it on your dime?

ebay closed the case which means the buyer was issued a label for not as described under the MBG but didn't ship it back in the 5 business days.
If I was the OP I would call & try to get the feedback removed.
Buyer filed a return & it was accepted

If ebay closed in your favor then they sent the buyer a label & they had 5 business days to return it.
If it was closed in your favor & they did not get a refund then I would call ebay & see if they would remove the feedback.
