I've been a member since 1998, but it has been more than a year since I sold items on eBay. I have a $5,000 selling limit, but the items I sell tend to be expensive, so I'm bumping up against this limit. If I don't pay for a storefront, is there a maximum selling limit that they allow? I don't want to wait month after month if they're not going to allow a higher limit. TIA

Opening a store will NOT increase your listing/selling limits, so that idea is a complete non-starter.
The only way to increase your listing/selling limits, is to sell some items and complete the transactions successfully, with no complaints or cases opened on the transactions. If you don't do that, then your limits are not going to be increased.

I get the message that I'm "not currently eligible for a selling limit increase". Same from other places that I tried. Thanks!
