OK so I just recently sold a proof quarter to a just wonderfully pleasant KAREN, oh sorry her name is **** and don't wanna throw her under the bus until I am able to my own way, but anyways she bought a 9.00 proof quarter off of Me with free shipping, she recieves it, no problem but there is a hand written .46c on the envelope which doesn't make sense anyway, because the shipping was .69 for me ebay shipping and 1 quarter in a plastic sleeve attached to a shipping page doesn't even come to 1oz I've weighed it a few times since I got my scale now.... but she posts negative feedback by saying she had to cover the .46 cents which her message to me also states she didn't care about it and when I responded I said contact your local post office or ebay and she states I was blaming her and gave me neg feedback, and also stated people dealing with me will get a medical disease and ebay told me now twice on the phone they would remove it and they haven't what can I do, because is that not defamation of character stating something like getting a medical disease if they deal with me and ebay is in my view allowing a physical impossibility to continue so, I mean what if anything can I do from here?

Just let it go - I think that you are confused at what is in the feedback. Buyer doesn’t state that people will get a disease if they deal with you.

From the FB left, it appears to me that the buyer was charged extra postage to get the item you sent.
The buyer could have refused the item because of Postage Due.
It is not up to the buyer to contact the PO or eBay on a postage issue.
The buyer also didnt say you would get a disease.
It was stated dealing with you would give hemorrhoids. Many ways to get that but ...
I think your response was not very professional and says more about you than the Negative FB left.
Many buyers will read your response and move on.
Calling names "liar" and "Karen" is and is empty treats to sue is worse that anything she said in the FB.

Nowhere in the feedback did the buyer say people will get a medical disease from dealing with you. Do you even know what hemorrhoids are? Look it up.

You have some interesting neutrals & negatives.

An example of the sort of seller that gives eBay a bad reputation.
Responses to negative feedback are puerile, to put it mildly.
Name-calling? eBay is not elementary school.
Here's a tip for you: next time someone messages you about overpayment on shipping, instead of telling them to take a hike, offer to send them a few bucks as a shipping refund.
Meantime, glad to know that you contacted eBay and that you are now on their radar.

You are responsible for postage due. Also, cancellations will kill a selling account.

That's sure what it reads to me

"I mean what if anything can I do from here?"
Stop replying to feedback in an unprofessional manor. If you can't say anything in a professional manor don't reply at all.
Stop name calling, also unprofessional.
Get your scale calibrated, because obviously it's not accurate.
Hemorrhoids are NOT a medical disease.
Thanks for posting.

Not sure why people on eBay love selling to cheap customers so much.
Use cheap bait, attract cheap fish.
Retail jobs fear theee

Hmmm unable to respond to questions or don't want to respond is more like it.
Asking to send questions on facebook? Sounds like off eBay transactions to me.

I have read your post, and the negatives you received, and your feedback replies. I am not convinced that the buyer is the issue here.

ebay isn't for everyone. Not all sellers (or buyers) do well here.
