So my 7 year old is scrolling through eBay searching under Disney pvc figures and comes across this
eBay item 【JUNK】Falling a b*** Princess knight Jeanne Grenoble figure ( painted PVC )Pictures are too graphic to post. He says "mommy what Disney princess is this?" Of course I come over to look and what greets me is a girl spread eagle with vag in my face! I do a little searching around and it looks like this seller has over 50 items listed in the Disney category and none are Disney items. Should't items like this be posted in the Adult Category where children can't see them??? I tried reporting it to ebay days ago and they haven't done anything. Am I wrong for not wanting my child to see these things? Another one the seller has up is a girl with a Dildo in her rear and one in her hand. Not sure how that is allowed outside of the Adult categoryHow does one get Ebay to fix this? Is reporting an item the wrong way to do it? Thanks!

Seller is listing pornographic material under Disney Collectibles. Doesn't Ebay care about this?

I just confirmed what you reported when I searched for "Disney pvc figures." I narrowed the search by entering "Disney pvc figures painted pvc" where there were many pornographic figures from this Seller.
I see the moderator has removed the Seller item # as I came back to reply to you, but I have screenshots of all. It would be nice if eBay could act as quickly as the moderator, to provide a safe environment for children on the website.
I'm also very surprised that there was no Age Verification required for me to view the listings (which should be listed in the Adult Section). Seems like this Seller has been selling for a while, so not sure how long this has been going on.
alan@ebay Could you please address this, as this is very concerning and requires immediate attention. I hope by the end of the day that these listings will either be in the Adult Section or removed from the site.

Yup report.

@Anonymous
I don't know how fast eBay acts on these reports, but maybe you can expedite this one, Trinton?

Whoa. You are right. Everything this seller has up should be in the Adult category.

I'm seeing a lot of these listings recently, not on purpose. I search for something like Star Wars figures and in the listing under the "similar sponsored items" or "people also viewed" I often see pornographic action figures sold by China or some other country. Not sure exactly what kind of algorithm ebay is using but I think it may be called "greed." These guys are probably paying an exorbitant amount of sponsored fees to get these listings everywhere and ebay doesn't care because they're getting a huge chunk of the profits. Meanwhile, ebay has no problem ending my listings automatically for things like Rubix cubes, military books, and pop caps.

I'm also seeing a lot of inappropriate listings and many listings selling Free USPS Shipping Boxes. I've reported some and they're never removed. I'm seeing others post about the same experience.
I'm currently tracking this and will be reporting back some statistics in the future for what I see. I'll be holding eBay accountable for all of these going forward.

Thank you for the help. That was my fault for including the item number. I don't post in the community much and didn't read the rules in entirety. Hopefully I will be able to let my kids look around on Ebay again soon!

That's funny because about 12 hours after I reported the item one of my baby items was taken down by Ebay stating parallel import issue. I've sold the same item many times before with no issue. It seems like Ebay retaliates against Sellers who report items doesn't it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My recent experience has been the same, where I feel like eBay is retaliating when I've raised concerns (and I'm a Concierge Member). I won't be bullied here or anywhere, nor should anyone who is just trying to have a pleasant Selling & Buying experience at eBay.
I've got your back on the inappropriate Disney Listings and will be making sure this is resolved quickly.
BTW .... I was invited to meet the eBay Leadership Team in San Jose last year (where I used to live). I'll be sharing some of these issues and my experiences with them soon.

Always glad to help, especially for something as important as this!
My girlfriend is Japanese and she teaches young children, so this is also offensive to her & me (as the figures are pornographic Japanese Anime) .
