I suggest sellers unhappy with new changes contact Ebay with your concerns.  I have and was told the comments received have been positive.  Find that hard to believe.

I agree with you!  There is a "Tell us what you think" on most every page!  I tell them over and over!!!  Use it, tell them over and over!

just for information..............alot of us went thru this several years ago.......hated the change, screamed, etc.......

 

Many now say they really like Seller Hub........you get used to it and it seems logical.........

...uh...no...

 

Not gonna get used to toggling back & forth between tabs and playing the clickity-click-click game when we had all of the info on one easy to read/glance at page.

 

I think that the seller hub should stay the way it is BUT...

the seller's PAGE needs to be re-done...again...it is not working for anyone.

 

The sellers PAGE kinda reminds me of the seller's hub...

I called eBay this morning.  I was told, they have received a lot of unhappy comments.  That they are working on trying to come up with something to fix it.  I am unable to do Bulk relistings, I have to relist one at a time!  Ridiculous!  I voiced my displeasure!  I suggest to anyone that is unhappy with these recent changes to call eBay and let them know!  Complaining here is fine if you just want to vent (and I do!) but calling and telling them is a better way to get possible changes.  If you don't want to call them then click on any of the "Tell us what you think" links an every page you come to that has one and fill out the survey, only takes a minute. 

 

I've filled out several already!  It stores some of your comments so it goes quickly, take the time to do it please!  I started selling on OfferUp, Mercari, and Craigslist a while back.  Less fees, many times no shipping, they drive to me to pick up and best of all I'm not being frustrated by and giving more money to eBay!

I called Brian and Tyler from eBay onto these boards.  I have tagged most of the posts - told them that I did not even LOOK at the M2M board...bet that one is flooded with angry posts as well. 

 

Tyler did get back to me and said that this is definitely something we've been reporting on since the change happened - and we will continue to do so.

 

So they are watching the blow up here too...

Remember...we are not complaining about the sellers HUB...

We are complaining about the new seller's PAGE.

 

Everyone:  This is an important distinction.  The seller's HUB has been around for years and it has pretty much looked the way it is from day 1.

 

The sellers PAGE  is the one that they just changed.  The one that you all liked b/c it had everything on one page...that is the sellers PAGE.

 

The seller's HUB NEVER had everything on one page...EVER.

 

Seller's PAGE...do not forget.

I've been trying Mercari and it's much easier to list and seller's fee is deducted from each sale.
