Seller Hub shows zero returns open

I currently have about 11 open. Noticed that Seller Hub showed zero for me and I was caught by surprise worried that something might’ve happened (like they all closed with defects or something). Then I click into the “0” and see that my 11 returns are still there in the Manage Returns page.

So it’s a simple glitch for me. Just wondering if others are seeing the same “0” for them when they do in fact have returns open.

my active return number is always shown in seller hub

down below that is the resolution center with the asterisk.it never ever shows my open cases,has to be clicked to show the 2 open now.it looks stupid to me,alwsy stuck on zero,nothing like obfuscation  what is the point  of the asterik next to zero

Yea that “resolution center open cases” always has an asterisk for me too and never shows the correct number. Right now it says one, but I open the page to see 4. To save their butts, eBay should put asterisks near every number and statement for that matter.
