This is the second time this month ebay did not remove a sold item from my store. So the item sold again and now I have to send a refund because the item is no longer available. Has this happened to anyone else recently? This is getting to be a real pain in the you know what! Then I am blamed for ebay screw-up. I just can't figure out why this keeps happening. I will just have to check each sale and make sure it has been removed. This is becoming very discouraging.
Yes it has happened to me. Now after an item sells, I check my overall quantity to make sure it is minus 1 and that the item has not been relsted. This should not be happening and ebay has done nothing to address this probably because they do not know how to fix this issue
problem after problem yet they want to manage sellers money ! I really believe ebay is on the decline and they did to themselfs and the seller. They are a mess ! I am glad I walked away. I stay on just to watch these discussions as they unfold !!!
Yes, this has happened to me twice this month. It was for a magazine and I was fortunate because when the buyer bought the previously sold one, he didn't mind just selecting an alternate. I caught it the second time they did it.
I haven't. I do check my listings, on occasion, to make sure that there isn't something there that I don't have. Invariably, it is due to having the wrong starting quantity.
