Why would you not want to use Ebay’s International Shipping option? It
takes all the risk off of you once it reaches the hub and they take care
of any damage, lost, or return issues. It also costs less than trying to
ship internationally on your own.
Don’t refund anything until the buyer submits an INR (item not received)
request or you receive the item back. If you are afraid the item might
be lost or going to the wrong address, submit a package intercept
through USPS if you shipped through them...
