Sales drop for me when ebay made changes to Jewelry Category. I started to do the following to push sales.
1. Started to run sales
2. Pushing offers to "Watchers"
3. Drop prices
4. Post items for sale. Post more items for sale. And post more items for sale.
5. End items, and repost.
In your case, what are you doing to push sales? And what has work for you? Are you doing some thing different from what have you done in the past? I will love to hear your methods to push sales.
But please keep this conversation on the positive side. Complaining doesn't help in any way.

Most sellers enjoy making money for their efforts. The title speaks for itself. Apparently the poster is not happy with the changes made and how they are directly impacting their income. Its rather obvious there is something majorly wrong with the changes. Its impacting search results and sales.

Be interesting if people actually sat down and figured out their TRUE profits for the time and energy involved. MOST people are clueless.

You would be surprised by what the large box stores do and why they do it. I once went around to 7 Biglot stores within my area (Pittsburgh market) and bought up every single piece of sterling silver and 10k gold they had in stock. Those geniuses had it on-sale for 30% below scrap value. All in the name of clearance sale. I suggest learning your business and focusing on your true costs to run a business. Unless your time is "free" and you think its smart to work 4 hours to net 30.00

The search results are ridiculous and 80% irrelevant. The result of "streamlining" .

But you get a lot of people asking for cheaper price on your item, because buyer is paying the shipping. It did not work for me. The other thing that I dislike about Poshmark, is the fact that you have to make friends/follow people so your items go up in views.
You have choices, and if you like Poshmark better, more power to you.

That is so true. It is about selling your items for what people are willing to pay. Either you are good at buying merchandise at a wholesale level that can be flipped for a profit or you are not. Pretty simple.

Big Lot's business model is the quick flip/low margin - they move merch in and out of their store fast because there is always more and they can't afford to keep it sitting. It may not be a business model that will continue to work, though.

And they are still erratic and down.

Do you notice a difference in sending a paper coupon as opposed to an electronic one?
