Just file for return of defective products. You're covered by Money Back Guarantee - if the seller doesn't refund you, the site will force a refund. "No returns" does not mean "No refunds."

First, please understand when you come here for help, you are talking to fellow members. There is no need to yell at us [which is what all caps means], many come here and volunteer their time to help others when possible.
Did you open a Request for Return? If you did and the reason you selected was that the items are not as described / broken, the seller can refuse to process the case, but on day three or 4, a new option would show up on the claim which would allow you to Select to have Ebay step in on the claim. The vast majority of the time, that results in the buyer getting refunded.
So if you didn't open a Request for Return, that is what you need to do now.
Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.
OR
eBay Help page
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042
1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.
https://twitter.com/askebay
https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

Not a lot of detail about what you bought or where it came from but as others have mentioned you can open a return case through eBay using Not as Described. The only time the sellers "seller does not accept returns" applies is in the case of a remorse return or a few other special cases where an item has gone through one of the authentication programs.
Once you have opened a NAD case with eBay the seller has 4 days to respond through one of several actions which may or may not include you returning the defective item. If the seller does not respond within the 4 days you can ask eBay to step in and in most cases they will fully refund you for the item and postage and allow you to keep the item.
As a last resort you can always open a chargeback with your CC company for the item being not as described and the CC company will be the one to decide the outcome but in most cases they will rule in the cardholders favor on a NAD.

In addition to the great advice given above, I will only add that you really don't have to contact the seller if you get a purchase that is "junk" or broken (unless you just want to). Of course, most of them will say no if you message them and ask about a return; they don't want to take back the item and be out the money. So, don't bother to contact them; just file a return claim and they will have to take the return and give you a refund.

"QUALITY OF EBAY PRODUCTS IS REALLY BAD"
Gee I hate to tell you but you didn't buy an ebay product. Anyone can sell on ebay. The product belongs to the seller not ebay.

I would disagree with this. I prefer buyers contact their seller first. It doesn't lessen their ability to open a claim. Sellers can't try to fix a problem that a buyer might have unless they know there is an issue. Most sellers will work with the buyer to make things right and if they get a seller that won't work with them, then there is still the ability to file a Request for Return.
I believe most sellers are good honest sellers, just as I believe that most buyers are good honest people. We need more encouragement to work together here and in other parts of our lives. We all benefit from it.

Yes, contacting a seller first is a good idea if there is a problem with the item such as it arrives damaged or missing parts or that sort of thing, to see if something can be worked out. In this case, the OP says the items he received are "junk" which I interpret to be cheap, very poor quality. Most likely, these sellers know they are selling "junk". OP said he contacted the sellers and they both told him "no returns" which we all know is not true, so it was a waste of his time to contact the sellers.

Calling whatever it was they received "junk" could be a subjective review of what they received or a clear statement they did not like what they received. With that said, you can do a search, lots of seller sell literally Junk lots on Ebay. From jewelry to odds and ends. We don't know what they bought.
But the OP has every right to open a claim and they can do so using the instructions I posted in post #4 if they would like.
