After every major US storm, I always have issues with buyers who can't bid on my items. Some are new to my page, and many have been doing repeat business with me for months. I do weekly auctions. Please no responses nonrelative (I have NO restrictions set) When I go to see what the issue is it says, "It's not you it's us". This cost me over 35% in lost bids last major storm. All I can do to keep people bidding is to add them to my exempt folder. As well I have a notice on my stores banner, but many new buyers don't go to the stores page nor do they message me. I know eBay has people watching these pages, can someone give me a sound answer why this happens?

Can you provide a bit more information such as what is the item number and where is your buyer located? Do you have the auction auto-pay function turned on??

If adding users to your exempt folder allows them to bid then it may have something to do with buyer management settings.
You can look at the Buyer Requirements Activity Log there too.

"It's not you it's us"
This is erroneous. More often than not it should say 'it is you and not us'.
