I NEED HELP HERE PLEASE
I have had BOTH my account restricted and all listings removed (including ones with bids on).
The reason "Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking"
Most of the time I use eBay shipping and a few time my own shipping account. I enter the tracking numbers within ten minutes of payment and ship that day (see attached photo at the end)
I have been a member of eBay since October 1998 (other account - lindahf)
My last Feedbacks (in the last week or so)
Great Seller, item just as described, and came with cool stamps to boot!

check some of the items you sold in late december or early january.....make sure they show "Delivered" status (they should be by now i would think) and the tracking numbers are correct (and they indicate delivery)
maybe an error transposing a fedex number or something?
make sure all you sold items have tracking uploaded correctly by clicking all the tracking links....

I think eBay wants you to provide delivery for the items you've sold, not provide proof of feedback received.

A. I use eBay for shipping most of the time. A lot of the items have been delivered. All tracking are link correctly and show the tracking details when viewed

@tdicarThis account shows 25 active listings. lindahf shows as 0 results when I searched for it. Can you share a screenshot of your older delivered sales for the lindahf account? If your orders have been delivered with tracking, I would reach out to the ebay for business facebook page and send a private message asking them to review your account for a tech glitch. Good Luck!

I use eBay shipping most of the time and the Global shipping takes forever and I expect that may be a reason

Why can't eBay look at my "Manage paid and shipped orders" page and see what has been delivered? This is what I will be send them
I sent them a list of deliveries as they request and got an email back saying "currently operating with limited support staff"

it appears you have uploaded the tracking properly.....suggest you do whatever they ask to verify that you have complied....contact CS and show how you have uploaded all your tracking properly....hopefully they can provide guidance....

@lindahf @tdicar You could try https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/photos?ref=page_internal . Yes. global shipping does present some challenges. We've had a couple of orders that just went missing. What you just sent is good - it shows the purchased date and tracking and delivery status. I can only assume it's a tech glitch. Use the link to leave a message on the fb page. I've had better (and quicker) results using them than any chat or phone function. Can you still check your messaging on the lindahf account and see if you can contact the bidders letting them know there's a tech glitch and you would relist on your other account? I understand why you want to keep the 2 accounts separate, but at least you wouldn't be disappointing your customers.
