I NEED HELP HERE PLEASE

I have had BOTH my account restricted and all listings removed (including ones with bids on).

The reason "Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking"

Most of the time I use eBay shipping and a few time my own shipping account. I enter the tracking numbers within ten minutes of payment and ship that day (see attached photo at the end)

I have been a member of eBay since October 1998 (other account - lindahf)

My last Feedbacks (in the last week or so)

I have talked to eBay and they are reviewing it. Replied to their email with what they requested and got this reply "currently operating with limited support staff"

@tdicar   This might be a situation where lately you have sold a lot more dollar volume then you did in the past and I suspect the increased high dollar sales volume triggered bots to shut you down.  You should request a call back and ask for the Trust and Safety Department to address your issues.  

Just looking at the FB on this ID its 916 and you say you have been selling since '98?  That's 23 years using 2021 (not 2022).  Figuring (just as an estimate) you get 50% FB left for you that's 1816 over the life of the account and 23 years = 276 months ... which is about 6-7 FB per month.  If the account went through a lengthy slow time then suddenly ramped up in sales that could send a red flag to eBay's monitoring system.

I contacted eBay BEFORE I restarted selling again to say I was selling high value items, etc. They increase my limits and said no problem. Also no problem to two accounts

I see that they have reinstated the tdicar account. I am selling on lindahf which has not been reinstated and lost about $7,000 for listings had had bids on. I feel so sorry for one buyer, he bid on an item and it was taken down because I said "Original item not 3D printed" (I have learnt not to say that now), when the listing was re-listed he bid again and now it has displayed again. I DON'T LIKE upsetting buyers

My accounts of 23 years and positive feedbacks have been placed on Permanent Restriction and I will not be paid out the $14,000 I am owed for sixty to seventy days. I have purchased over $350,000 on eBay and sold about $180,000 -

WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG TO DESIRE THIS? PLEAE TELL ME
