Receiving offers

I have an ebay store and would like to move more product. I also buy on ebay quite a bit, while browsing, I will look at a coat for instance, now I don't click the heart to save it, I just look at the product. A few days later I receive an offer... how is this possible and how can I use this to my stores advantage to garner more sales? any help appreciated

Receiving offers

I don't have a store, but I manage my employer's ebay store. We both (store & no store) have "Send an Offer" found in the Seller Hub under Tasks. When sending an offer, there's also an option of allowing the prospective buyer to make a counteroffer. I typically check to see if that particular item has watchers. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't which leads me to believe it's like the scenario you mentioned . . looking but not clicking the heart to save it.

Receiving offers

Has NOTHING to do with 'having a store'.

Just having a 'listing' and if someone 'clicks on it, they may GET an offer...if the seller has set it up to 'send offers' to potential buyers.

You clicked...you're potential.
