I have an ebay store and would like to move more product. I also buy on ebay quite a bit, while browsing, I will look at a coat for instance, now I don't click the heart to save it, I just look at the product. A few days later I receive an offer... h...

Many times I will just look at a product, not "favorite" it or like it, and I will get an offer.... I want to know how to send an offer to someone who just "Looks" at one of my products? Thanks In Advance

if I open a store, do I have to relist everything I have for sale, or do they transfer to the new "store"
