I sent a package priority mail. He said the usps guy wrote on the package that it had been broken(Golf club). I made a claim with usps for the 170 dollars. I included the picture of the package, the broken item, and the proof of purchase(paypal page). They just said the refund would just be for 50 dollars(insurance amount). What do I need to do in submitting an appeal to get the full amount?
