Promotional Offer Not Showing As Active

I received an invitation for 200 additional listings starting at midnight today and it says I accepted the offer but it is not showing up in the promotional offers area.  My son and daughter are having the same problem.  What do I do?

Same problem, came here to see if anyone else had posted. We've been gone so I haven't used my free 50 yet, otherwise I'd just do a test listing to see if I could list for $0 on the promo.

won't be listing anything until they stop charging for "free" listings

I have the same issue - two accounts, both got email, when I clicked through to accept, both noted that I had already accepted it.  
1) I have already listed promo listings on both accounts - I WAS NOT CHARGED, so the promo is active.
2) However, the promo has still not shown up on my Seller Page under "promotional offers".
3) NOTE -  I have a third account, that did not receive the email; there are no promo listings under that account at this time.  just as an FYI.

So, if you got the email, i mean, i would try cautiously at first, with only a few listings, but the offer is active.

The promotions are there for me, I just did a test and listed an item and there was no fee. My account still snows no free listings, but I can list for free so it is there and it is working.

Give it a try, it is working on my end but it is not showing I have free listings, hopefully they will get this fixed.

As several people have pointed out the Promotion is working, items are being listed at zero fee once Promo is accepted -

My question is; how do I keep track of the number I've listed and the number of free listings I have left?
Keep count myself?
Naw, if eBay thought we were capable of keeping count they wouldn't "help" us so much already.

I called eBay about this and was told eBay is aware of the problem & is trying to fix it. Even though the promotion is not showing up on our promotion list, it still applys. If you have the promotion, but are still charged a listing fee, call eBay and you will get a credit.

Thanks for the update on this. Was just going to call on it. Guess I will prep my listings and have them ready to go live, when they fix it.

Who knows when it will be fixed. I wouldn't worry about it, or hold off. If you want, you can call and get a reference number, which was given to me. Either way, you'll get the credit, if charged.
