Promotional Offer Not Showing As Active

I received an invitation for 200 additional listings starting at midnight today and it says I accepted the offer but it is not showing up in the promotional offers area.  My son and daughter are having the same problem.  What do I do?

My second ID also has the non-appearing promo. I deleted 83 FP listing that were due to expire on the 29th, and immediately relisted. Zero charges and my unused Free 50 still shows as having 50 available. These folks can't code their way out of a paper bag -- can't imagine them trying to calculate sales tax.

I have the same problem - accepted, doesn't show. Glitch time!!!

Just checked to see if by any slight chance I'd managed to sell something (of course not!), and I notice that the 200 listings have finally shown up.
