I don't hacve a clue what this is. It isn't sharp enough for a
toothpick. The ring fits on your thumb and there is enough chain to use
the little tool for something. But what???
I am having the same problem. My account is all in order. So I have no
idea. Waiting for it to be corrected. It's been months now. I can only
relist one at a time, and that is tedious.
Having the same issue. I have been in managed payments for a while and
have received payments through it, so that is not the issue. It seems to
be a glitch.
