My impression volume has steadily decreased over the last several weeks, even with the introduction of 17 new campaigns. I have increased bids, and my products have decent click through rates and sell rates. Now, this weekend, impressions fell to zero but yet I have several clicks and sales.
Ebay, do you have ANOTHER reporting failure? I don't trust any of the information I am seeing since Ebay constantly has reporting failure, delays, and gaps in data.
What can be done to recover impressions, clicks, and sales?

Hi everyone, I wanted to let you know that we are currently unable to show impression data for promoted listings. This does not affect the actual visibility of your promoted listings, nor does it impact reporting of clicks and sales. We are working to fix this as soon as possible, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Trinton, perhaps eBay should update the message reflecting the new issue because it is still reading that the problem was resolved from the September 1 through September 29 situation. People think it is fixed. One can't help but wonder if it was ever actually fixed or if it was a message that was put up to silence the "noise."

Impressions were reporting through Oct 12. So your assertion that the underlying problem hasn't been fixed is probably correct, but the reasoning is wrong and confrontational. It wasn't to "silence the noise," obviously, because the Impressions were being reported. and then stopped 4 days ago.
I agree that the message on the page should be updated.

All reporting stops on the 13th for some reason, not just impressions. Under traffic all categories just stop. Calander won't let me select beyond the 13th of Oct. either. This is a bigger issue than just promoted listings.

Clicks are still reporting post Oct 13 on Promoted Listings.
Impressions on Promoted Listings went to 0 and have stayed there starting on Oct 13.
I agree that in the Seller Hub, Traffic and Impressions pages are only reporting through Oct 13 ( but are not 0 for Oct 13) at this time. I don't know if it's normal to have a lag on the Traffic and Impressions pages.

I see now they removed the impressions graph and tab completely. Can't help but wonder if this is permanent and ebay doesn't want to show us impressions data.

Hi @llllady,
The banner has been updated to reflect Trinton's statement.
Thanks.

Wouldn't be too hard on yourself. Rapid results aren't exactly a forte around here. Hey, hope springs eternal though! 😉

Nonsense? What are YOU offering up as proof that it's nonsense?

Heres a thought....the reporting of traffic was completely flawed for the past 45 days, so there are obvious problems with this feature. How do we know that the sales clicks reports are accurate? Are we paying for actual clicks that turn into sales via our paid promoted listings?
Knowing that the entire promoted listings feature that reports traffic was incorrect for the past 45 days, it is only fair that ebay looks into this.
