Promoted Listings Impressions Issue

My impression volume has steadily decreased over the last several weeks, even with the introduction of 17 new campaigns. I have increased bids, and my products have decent click through rates and sell rates. Now, this weekend, impressions fell to zero but yet I have several clicks and sales.

Ebay, do you have ANOTHER reporting failure? I don't trust any of the information I am seeing since Ebay constantly has reporting failure, delays, and gaps in data.

What can be done to recover impressions, clicks, and sales?

When I went to the PL Page, I found this banner:

We have resolved the impressions reporting issue you may have experienced from 1st September to 29th September. Please note this was just a reporting issue and did not affect the actual visibility of your ads. During this time, your ads were delivering as expected. Now that the issue is resolved we are actively working to recover and backfill impression data on your dashboard.

While that doesn't answer the Oct question, I would suggest doing their "give us feedback" form, stating the present problem and giving your email address.  It takes a few days, but I've always gotten an answer of some  sort when I've used the form and asked a question.

Mine dropped off 4 days ago from really good to NO impressions at all. I was wondering if they were having the same issue as Sept. but I can't find any information on it.

yeah, as soon as they put the "fix" in place is when my impression volume tanked. so unreliable!

I have exactly the same situation! same dates and no impressions at all. Sales reduced too. WHT IS GOING ON?

Same here....impressions nose dived Oct. 12 and flatlined since that day

Only Impressions reporting is broken.   Has been since Oct 13.

Your ads are being circulated.

Clicks are being reported.

It's a reporting glitch.  It's not affecting sales.

On any day, any day, every day, you will find sellers who will complain that their sales have fallen off.   It's not related to this issue.
