Ebay Private Seller Basic Shop - 10% fees instead of 8%??

Hi all, I've recently upgraded to a basic shop as a private seller where seller fees should be 8% instead of 10% (which was the main reason I upgraded) and I've noticed I'm still being charged 10% on fees? Why is this happening? Thanks, Alex
