Personalization

Creating the listing, I have followed all guidelines and leave personalization instructions for buyers. When I list and go to preview the listing, the instructions to buyers is not there. What am I missing?

Without being able to see the listing myself, it sounds like you are missing the instructions.

try looking it from another ebay account or while you are not logged in,
