Can only schedule Start Times 15 minutes apart...

I'm trying to schedule some auctions to start 2 minutes apart, but they keep changing to 15 minute intervals every time I make a change to the start time. It's been suggested to use the Advanced form, but I cannot find that anywhere on the Edit form....
