Packing Slip - Can't print one - System error!

Anyone else having this problem. I sold a couple of items and tried to print a packing slip. I got a system error, which would not allow me to print one. Refreshed page, and guess what, I got the same message, this time in German.

Wait a while and try again. If nothing else write the buyer's name and address on a piece of paper and ship anyway. I usually send my shipping receipt part that shows the buyers address rather than printing out a packing slip.

That's what I have done. I wrote a note to all buyers, telling them I was unable to include packing slip, due to Ebay system error. Sprechen Sie Deutsch?

Same issue early today and now again. In German now.

Nein. Lately I've clicked on tracking info and it's coming up with foreign words at the top. Didn't check to see what language it is though. Could be German.

I too can't print one, and the notice is also in German.

This happened to me tonight. I was using FireFox.

I switched to Google Chrome and it worked fine. Try another browser.

Is this the error you guys have been hitting? I've been getting this on multiple computers and just want to make sure it's the same one you guys are talking about (so I know it isn't anything in my software that I can fix)

BTW, this doesn't happen to me 100% of the time. But majority of the time in 1 computer, and half of the time in another. So it's freaking annoying. I'd rather not have to use chrome. But I guess for this action, I'll have to for the time being.

I've read that rebooting the computer works........clears cache, etc

Worked fine late in the day yesterday, but problem back again today. Ebay, please fix this!!!! One annoying problem after another.

Same problem, on and off, for the last couple of days.  Hopefully they fix it soon ☹️

Same error - cannot view or print anything.  I am in Edge so tried Chrome.  Neither work.  😞

Clearing browser Cache and Cookies fully solved it for me.

You can send the item without a packing slip.
