According to local Indiana news this USPS facility is not functioning properly. My package gets updated every day but never leaves Indiana since Feb 6. The news reported that Indiana businesses that have to ship multiple items through this facility are suffering greatly. Anyone else have items delayed in Indianapolis?

It takes a trending viral video to make something change in 2025. Nice that they wrote the letter though.

It seems like the same issues happened in the last few years. It happened at other hubs.
One that stands out to me is problems in Houston. That was part weather but part a redo of the sorting center.
Then we had a problem with somewhere in Louisiana. Delays were happening there when they were doing a redo on something.
I lost a lot of money on the Houston sorting center. eBay allows buyers to open claims even when they are aware that there is a problem with the mail. And eBay's policy of telling sellers to refund or get a defect is a great way to scare sellers into refunding.
We are supposed to somehow know in advance that we should avoid those sorting centers when shipping to our customers.
Indiana is not the first and I'm afraid it will not be the last area problem.

IT IS NOT JUST HAPPENING IN iNDIANAPOLIS. SEVERAL USPS sorting facilities are having bad problems. Two packages this week delayed. One travelled in the wrong direction for days from Denver, it was mis sorted in Denver and therm went to Wyoming, the package cane from North Carolina and was supposed to go to Pennsylvania. Messed up to the max where these postal workers are throwing the packages in the wrong SORTING BINS.

I just found out via WTHR Indy 13 that the Indiana congressional delegation has opened an investigation. https://www.wthr.com/article/news/local/lawmakers-launch-investigation-into-troubled-usps-hub-in-ind...

So Sorry for the typo in my message. Most likely that I have been seething about this for the last week. So tired of having to fill out missing package claims instead of doing productive work.

I still have many packages floating in this place. Terrified for sure to ship packages today. I have had a couple packages go around the country and then come back to Indy. 🤣

I've seen some like that and I wonder if some of them are really leaving Indy at all or if they occasionally getting scanned and are supposed to be going into one larger container and are not getting there, but the larger container goes out without all the items in it, and you are seeing that progress, until the next time the item gets picked up and rescanned, so it suddenly appears in Indy again.

OMG!!! Apparently, it's not fixed yet.... I have package that is trying to get to the Overseas hub and seems to be stuck there.... at least since the March 5th, and today is March 13th and it just went through there again.
