Others Unable To Read The Question That Was Answered

Someone sent me a message with a question about my listing. I checked the Box which lets others see the Question and the Answer. Of course it didn't work. I go back to the listing and the Question and Answer is not there.

If I'm not mistaken, that q&a thing in listings has been gone for a while.

Was the question on your "Tele-Tone TV-149-A" where someone asked for additional pictures?

If so, it's there.

If someone goes to contact the seller and looks at "other" and clicks, they'll see the request and the note that pictures were added.

You're correct. It doesn't show in the listing until someone goes to contact the seller with a question. (I think this is what the OP is requesting.)

That's pretty lame.... who would think to look there for Q & A ? I wouldn't have. Was easier to find within the listing. But wait ....if they put it back in the listing then where would all those sponsored ads go? Lol 😂

Note (I didn't the first time), that the announcement refers ONLY to the eBay app on iOS and Android.

On the web version we'll recall that the Q&A appeared at the bottom of the listing. It's pretty lame to have it buried two levels deep in the FAQ, and not at all intuitive. Of course "bottom of the listing" here is a sort of nebulous concept.

Hell is empty. And all the devils are here.

I don't disagree that it's not the best place to put the Q&A there, but that's where they put, thus my point of showing where it is.
