There seems to be some confusion between Seller Rating and Product Rating. A Seller sometimes gets a Negative Rating because the Customer didn't like the product.
Is there a way to include additional Delivery Instruction along with the delivery address? I live in a Gated Community. The Driver needs to use the Call Box in order to gain entry. It’s not a problem with USPS, UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL, Amazon, Walmar...
Web Page Loading Is Too Slow. The web page is taking forever to get ready to receive data entry, and the page is jumping. When I clicked in one place, it selected something different from that I wanted, and cannot undo it.
The item arrived on time, and in good condition. The customer didn’t like the product. A Full Refund was issued, and the buyer was allowed to keep the item. Is there anything else I can do to get the Negative Feedback removed?
I don’t like it when a Seller says it was delivered when it wasn’t. And the Tracking Number is for a different address. There should be disciplinary actions taken against Sellers providing false delivery information.
