I was thinking about selling here again, and I had a question for ebay customer service. Before, I had a phone number and could call them and talk to someone immediately. Now, I have to go thru several menus, questions, get the run around and never get a contact phone number. Is there now no way to have phone contact? That really sucks if it isn't. There is no way I'm going to pay these high fees and not even have a contact phone number if a problem came up. What has happened to ebay?

Are you signed up for Managed Pay? Don't list anything till that is setup.
Returning or new sellers can have up to 30 day hold on payouts.
Buying does not count.
You might have number of listing per month limits along with monthly $ amount limits till they get reestablished.

If you follow through on the Help Pages and exhaust all the "possibilities" that are presented, eventually, a "Contact Us" will show up on the bottom of a help page where you can have CS call you......

If you'd like to ask your question here, you'd probably get sound answers. There is no need to call eBay customer service before listing. Any issues you have are probably covered in Help & Contact pages... and we know how to surf them.
With all that being said... I don't know of a good phone # that'll get you good Reps. They're all reached through facebook.

If you do get a CS person, you may or may not get "real" information.
Many come here says "CS told them" and it is far from correct.
There are many sellers and buyers on here that would be happy to answer your questions.

It's likely whatever question you have is already answered in the pages and pages of information ebay has provided online. Try a google search with the question, ask it in a few formats... different sentence structures.
Ebay can't afford to have phone reps, too many people want to just press a button and get instant gratification. We'd all have to pay an extra $25 bucks a month.

Yes, I finally got signed up for managed payments. I think they will work as good as Paypal.

Yes, they probably would charge more. We use to call it fee-bay.
