New changes linked to condition and grading of various electronics and gaming

So today I received the mass email sent to all sellers regarding the new updates taking effect in May. I am always pro active and find  getting to the task at hand will help alleviate the stress  of any issues later on.  Now, that said the email states to start changing the listings today so I have attempted to do so as that is the recommendation sent by eBay. The issue is that the listings will not update without that item specification being checked . Anyone else having this issue as if I’m reading the email correctly it’s stating if this specification  is filled out they will end out items ??

I need to re-read what was sent over as part of the Spring Seller update to see exactly what does happen if you do not have these updated - It does read to me like they are saying what you think, but need to read it closer.  There is not much time to get these updated, unfortunately.
