I STILL prefer the OLD 'old page'

If you click on one of the filters at the top for positive, neutral or negative it shows a link to view your reciprocal feedback to the buyer. That's new.

Actually, they had that feature way back in the day when you could see buyer's user id's in feedback. It was a icon with two faces facing each other in a circle, when you clicked onto that icon, you could see what the buyer's FB (if any) was for that item.
It's nice that they resurrected this feature.

Oh yea, I remember that. I think this function is less helpful nowadays because of ebay's policy changes since then. Back then when you see when a seller gets a negative feedback, you can click that icon to see how nasty of a negative feedback the seller left for the buyer. Buyers can't get negatives and bad comments. So now if you click that function for the negatives a seller gets, you simply see that they left no feedback for the buyer.

...it's still an ugly as heck format though...

It might be a good idea, the next time you find yourself looking at the reformatted feedback page, to walk through it carefully and see if any information has been removed, as compared to the current version. When something gets revised for no apparent reason, it's worth looking to see what exactly has changed.
Most of the changes are on the FB left for others page- prices removed and FB scores removed. FB as a buyer page prices are removed so you don't have a quick reference of the price you paid.
It's WAY too much white and very hard to read.
The screen is not dynamic, it's a fixed width so if your browser window isn't wide enough you're forced to scroll to find the view item link unless you shrink the magnification of your page to a tiny size.
I agree that the black stars are an eyesore.
Links to seller's item and store are way down at the bottom of the page- not helpful.
The purchase date, user name, feedback, etc is all squished together with a ton of white space between the price and view item link all the way to the right. They got the spacing all wrong- it's so much more difficult to read.
They use 3 lines to describe TRS when it could easily fit on one line. By expanding it to 3 lines it dwarfs the member's avatar. Looks very silly and disproportionate.
Overall- I really hate everything about this change. I can usually find at least one positive aspect but not this time.
It looks slightly less offensive on the mobile view.
I liked the way you summed this up so much that I have been copying it over to their comments? section on the side of the FB pages. It only allows 500 characters in the comments section so I have had to break this quote up into parts...see below
I hope you don't mind...I couldn't have summed it up any better...

In cases where the seller left feedback before the buyer it will show whatever generic positive comment the seller uses. Definitely not helpful like it used to be- but it was an interesting enough change from the last FB page format to call out.

Oh yeah, I forgot about how sellers could leave negative FB for buyers too.... The opposing comments were so comical sometimes that it was downright entertaining!!!
ebay should still allow sellers to leave negative FB for buyers under strict limited factual guidelines so that others are aware of the buyer's behavior on this site.

We used to be able to leave feedback without even being in a transaction with someone! Now we can't even report someone through the site without being in a transaction with them. I have to contact CS every time a member tries to spam, scam or solicit through eBay messages if I want to report them.

They are doing a major redesign of the account settings page. Has anyone seen this? It took me a while to find invoices and fee activity which used to be the default landing page.

Wow...I didn't even know that we can't report that anymore...

You can but not through the website. You have to contact CS so most people probably don't bother.

...that's probably why ebay did it this way... so most people wouldn't bother.
I guess they are overwhelmed with issues...gotta have an A-Team in IT nowadays.

I'm not sure the purpose of the changes. They claimed it was to show more information than before, but this isn't really the case. Everything was here before except (maybe) the search box I don't recall being there. Aside from that, the same?

The increased revenue from the service metrics penalties need to go somewhere right? Why not pay to jazz up these pages and put lipstick on a pig.
