Yea, but with the ones I replied to already (the negatives), they no longer show up on that "reply to feedback" page. So I won't really know when I got it and when it will start to drop off.
Actually I just thought of a work around trick to figure this info out using part of your trick. Thanks. It's a bit more work, so I don't even know if it's worth the effort to get this information for a feedback.

and yes the feedback pages are very ugly. but what do you expect from coders who are not users and never learned to properly format flowing data in clear and concise descriptions. the same as the ebay 'help' pages which only give 'hype and political answers'? not what is really happening and useful information and data examples?
Yea the new feedback page is almost as ugly as I am. That's why I sell online and don't allow pick ups or own a b&m. I just assumed all online sellers were ugly. Haha.

heh, I hear you. am in the same boat … but I've always heard there's someone for everyone so there is hope for us! yes I said hope, not help … cuz I met that ugly stick a time or two myself and it definitely didn't help me out. or maybe it did? cuz i'm beyond ugly myself 😮

Are you sure? I can see dates from a few years ago when I 'reply to feedback received'. You do have to use the page numbers at the bottom but it shouldn't be that difficult to just search for the red or gray ones on each page.

Flash forward 5 years, eBay changes the feedback page again and there is a thread bemoaning the "fact" that it's ugly compared to the old one (the one everyone here is complaining about).

Did you already reply to those feedbacks with a comment? I'm talking about the ones that I've already issued comment replies for. They wouldn't be on that page anymore, right?

It's horrible. I used the blue "Comments?" box to share my disgust. Can see nothing redeeming about the changes.

...you mean that we would bemoaning the fact that it's uglier...
They can always take the good and make it bad...
...then take the bad and make it worse...
...then take the worse and make it impossible...
...as they say...it could always be worse...and boy how they love to prove that fact on eBay's new formats on everything...

Gee...do I see a hint of sarcasm here?
Great follow up!

i started seeming them today and got that feeling.

didn't think ebay policies were that tough.

It doesn't matter what they change it to, buyers will still see shipping speed as 'time to take to get delivered' especially with ebay pushing the ETA date on listings and refusing to show actual handling time.

- Why change something that was working fine and looked fine?
- Why make it harder to read (by expanding the information across the screen, so now you have to scan)?
- Why does the eBay Software Team have time for this, when there are so many other things that need attention?
- Why spend time and money on this?
- Why does eBay have to make the user experience less enjoyable?
- Why doesn't eBay listen to their Customers?
Because this is ebay, and this is how they roll.
