A buyer left a neutral feedback as they weren't happy with delivery time. Once they realised we where "time away" from the business stated they would be happy to action a revision. However, the option to revise wasn't there only "report this buyer" or "reply". Does anyone have an idea? Paul

You can't revise a buyer's feedback, the buyer has to make the revision.

if a neutral can be revised (can it?) you have to send the buyer a 'revision request' for them to do it.

You are in the UK and this is primarily a board made up of US sellers. Here, ebay won't revise a neutral.(won't send a revision form).....you might check on the UK board to see if it's different "over there"......

I'm sorry you are having difficulties. If you have discussed this with your buyer and they are willing to revise the feedback, YOU can send them a feedback revision form. If you do that, let your buyer know that they will receive an email from Ebay and inside the email will be a link to allow them to easily revise the feedback.
Make sure your buyer knows it is coming. These emails only have a 10 day shelf life and you can not resend another on the same transaction.

I just had one two months ago that went from here to the UK. We got a neutral; she was unhappy about how long it took. We shipped it out right away, it sat in Illinois. I asked for a review and politely asked her to revise it. She refused, and eBay left it as is. One of the unfair things for sellers, we cannot control the mail system. But we reap the reviews.
Have a good weekend.

Was that an eBay International Shipping sale? From your listing details it appears it was. That should have been removed by eBay. It's probably too late, and neutrals fortunately have no real impact on you, but eBay will remove those types of reviews for EIS shipments usually.
