Negative feedback

Hello! I'm not sure what, if anything, I can do about feedback left for me the other day on 1/13.  Buyer stated that the bottle was very small and overpriced, learned her lesson. The size of this and the term "Mini" was in both the title and in the description, 6ml  .2 oz and 1/5 oz. I don't know why she expected bigger?!

Anyway, I look at her feedback and she has left 15 fbs, 8 of which were negative, 3 neutrals. All left on the same day as mine. Currently 2 negatives have been since revised to positive.  Her latest revision stated that "...seller settled the issue". Do you think ebay will do anything about this? She either doesn't know how to read titles and descriptions (or doesn't know about measuring fluids) and/or maybe she's up to something by leaving lots of negs, hoping to get refunded by revising feedback? I don't know, this seems excessive, all those negs & neutrals in one day . She also never contacted me about a problem. Ugh.

Re: Negative feedback

The buyer just revised another negative she left. I think she's fishing for refunds.

I agree it sounds like they were, but you might also have a buyer in the future that isn't clear about the size, so I try to avoid that issue.

Re: Negative feedback

t would have been better just to state 6 ml

I would have to disagree with this.

---------------

It was just an example.

What I meant was, there was no need to state different variations, when just one will do..

And many people in the UK have no idea how much 6 ml is.

Re: Negative feedback

I do like to state the size in both metric and ounces, I figure the buyer will be able to relate to one of those. Way back when, when I was new to buying perfume I'd always have to open a new window to a conversion chart for mls to ounces when figuring out the size to be sure of what I was getting.

Also, when you list something that small stick a quarter next to it, not everyone can visualize how big a bottle containing 1/5 of an ounce is.

Great idea but just make sure you add in the listing "Quarter not included". A seller came on here saying a buyer was angry he didn't get the penny that was included in a photo. Crazy I know.

Since ebay is globa,l metric is a good idea.

As far as her not knowing size in fl ounces, that is a cop out even if it is your first time buying perfume on ebay.

With a computer, smart phone, or other device, no excuse to buy blind as a quick google search will give you all the info you need to know exactly what you are buying before you purchase it.
