Hello,
Dear Members,
Today, I received an Email "Your account's selling privileges and payout are restricted due to bad buyer experience."
Can I get back my account, if not it is permanently restricted?
What do I have to do to get it back?
Please help me with your experience.
I love my eBay account.

Keep in mind that some sellers on Ebay also sell on Amazon. And some of those sellers have their stock in FBA [Amz warehouse], so it is Amazon that ships it [they pay for the service], but it is their own inventory. So not all are practicing retail arbitrage.

The email you received said more than that. We need to know what else it said before we can give you advice on how to proceed. It contains information needed.

You are dropshipping stuff made in China that is, supposedly, warehoused in various U.S. locations. So you have no control over authenticity, quality, availability, packing, or shipping -- and yet YOU are responsible to buyers when there are problems with any of those. It is a risky business plan, with "bad buyer experiences" nearly inevitable. I hope that, for your own sake, you can find another way to sell on eBay.

This is the full email content.

That is a different format than I've ever seen. Are you sure it came from Ebay? Even the signature line looks odd at least to me. Some of those points are NOT what Ebay evals a seller on. And they haven't for years.
I realize you are in a different country, but still that does not look like an Ebay email to me.

Were those five different buyers? Or is that a list of possible reasons one buyer had a problem?
D and E are strange since we can't see your Detailed Seller Ratings and you have no negs or neutrals. eBay doesn't use either to assess member accounts.

this massage included the eBay Massage box, and removed my all listings.

I don't know what to make of the email this seller from Sri Lanka received. Some of the points on the email aren't things that a seller, at least in the US, is even evaluated on.
Thoughts???

Yes, all buyers are different, there are no open cases.

Hey @mam98031 you hit it right on the head in your earlier reply. This email is different-looking simply due to the seller's location. However, @the_life_store that definitely looks to me like it is a real email from eBay. I'd recommend contacting our customer service team here (scroll to the bottom of the page for the "contact us" link) so that they can look into the account and see what options you have at this point.

I have the exact same issue.
Have you had any luck with this?

You both appear to be sellers from outside the USA & Canada who have fallen afoul of the new shipping policy implemented by ebay on July 24th.

Yep, I'm in Sweden
