Getting "Listings not eligible for Add Item Specifics feature error message"

So I'm listing this evening and after I list. I will usually go to all my new listings to Add item Specifics to click on "Don't remind me about these recommendations again" just to clear out the reminder in Tasks in my Seller hub.

I click all listings as usual and get the below message. None of my listing have variations and none are auctions ending within 12 hours. I literally just listed fixed price listings! 
When I try to add item specifics to one item nothing changes. 
I get the same message whether I'm on my desktop using Edge or my iPad using Safari.

Hi and thank you for your post. I have the same issue tonight and I just won't list. I have one of my best months going but here we go again. I more or less did not list last month and tried other venues with great success. This is the answers I get from members, if you don't like it leave. I'm tired of paying fees for just this type of harassment. I'm getting sick of these constant error's and stupid changes. Been on Ebay since 1998 and I have never seen such a cluster you know what. They go from one thing to another and screw it up. Am I a dinosaur or what? I see no improvement with these changes.  So Sorry for venting.

The system will allow me to Add recommended item specifics one listing at a time. I still am unable to perform that task in bulk. I still get the message that my listings contain variations or are auctions ending in 12 hours or less. This untrue as all my listings are single Buy it Now fixed price.

Hey @ebooksdiva we're not seeing any tickets for this issue at this time.  We'd recommend getting in contact with CS to get a report filed.

Same here today, I can do 1 at a time. CTRL+F5 or restarting browsers or choosing less does not resolve the error.
