My selling page is not allowing me to send offers or click on my next page of offers.

Is anyone else having any problems with their selling page this evening? I'm unable to send any offers, or click on the next page of my items. It just gives me the wheel of doom!

i cant go to my second page of listings amongst other things not working on it. what a headache.
