Why on Earth would any seller do this?
Throw 2 light bulbs in a box loose to rattle around.
No newspaper.
No brown paper.
No styrofoam peanuts.
No air pillows.
Nothing.

Perhaps they like getting returns for damaged or not as described when the bulbs break. 🤷🏻

Because they shop on Amazon, Walmart, Target and that's how all their packages arrive. They think that's acceptable packaging.
Was thinking the exact same thing. I don't know how many times i have ordered items from Amazon with this type of packaging.
At least they used a box instead of a poly mailer.

I had a camera shipped to me in a flat rate box.
Deflated bubble wrap was wrapped around it once.
I could hear the movement when I received.
It's a flat rate box.
You could add as much paper or padding that you want for the same price in shipping.

They are LED bulbs.
Not anywhere near as fragile as incandescent bulbs.
The most important question - did they work fine?

Yes they did ... still doesn't stop me from complaining. 😉
