Why on Earth would any seller do this?

Throw 2 light bulbs in a box loose to rattle around.

No newspaper.

No brown paper.

No styrofoam peanuts.

No air pillows.

Nothing.

It's a shame Amazon doesn't have to pay any attention to box dimensions for shipping cost.  I sure don't understand any seller on ebay doing this, unless it was shipped by Amazon.
