My EBAY selling fees look like this. What's yours? Am I in the ballpark?

When I look under 'performance' and check out the graph it shows my selling fees. In the last 30 days, I've had 84 sales. They break down like this:   EBAY fees: 15%      Shipping:  28%   Paypal  5%   A total of 48% selling costs.

Do yours look like this? Is there something I can do to improve or is this about average?

Not sure why your paypal fees are 5%. Are you charging for shipping? Ebay fees seem about right since you have a store. Do you have the right store for your needs.

I suppose you don't use a store format.

O.K. Where do you see your "Performance" page? On my Seller Hub page, I have one for Sales (showing the numbers for the past 31 days), then I have another one called Sales (this one has the bar diagram that shows the last 7, 31 and 90 days and also a link to go to the next page, where a different - horizontal - bar diagram tells me the same thing, except that on this page, all sales are listed and with costs of sale etc.

But none has a title Seller Performance, and I looked under Customize and that is not an option listed. Do I need to subscribe to some program to see the numbers you and others are talking about?

Thanks

Under Customize, on the SH Overview page, try check marking Traffic.  A box like this should become visible.

@mcdougle4248 Thank you! I finally got that box. Now it shows me a circle and it says, "Net selling costs 22% of total sales." But I still do not see it broken down into percentages for PayPal, etc. Although it does show me the amounts paid to ppal etc but do I need to manually calculate what % those amounts represent?

Just hover over the different colors of the circle for the percentages to show.

EBay Fees: 11%
Shipping Labels: 18%
Paypal Fees: 4%

Net: 68%

Last 31 Days: ^85.3%
