Multiple buyers sending weird same offers. Is this a spam?

Does anyone have any experience with multiple buyers sending offers on the same item with the exact same amount of offer and with the exact same message (attached)? And how do I email ebay customer service where you can attach some screenshots?

Are you sure it is buyer's sending offers TO you for an item because this looks like the wording that is automatically populated on the screen when the SELLER sends an offer to WATCHERS..... Are you watching any items?

It's confusing because offers to watchers when sent to a seller look like they are coming across as an offer to you for one of your items

Yep that message wording looks like an offer TO a watcher.

You sent an offer to Watchers on one of your items, correct? The screenshot looks like what eBay sends to the buyers watching your item. That message "Here's your chance..." is from eBay on your behalf to the different buyers entertaining the offer. At least, that is my interpretation.

Yup that’s must be it. I did send an offer to some buyers and the message must be from ebay to buyers I send offers to. Thanks guys
