Does anyone have any experience with multiple buyers sending offers on the same item with the exact same amount of offer and with the exact same message (attached)? And how do I email ebay customer service where you can attach some screenshots?Thx.

Yesss. I think my post was pretty clear. The items were successfully delivered. It is shown in the ebay tracking system as well as in the post office tracking system. And ebay sent refund to the buyer and my balance is fully intact no deductions.

Yup that’s must be it. I did send an offer to some buyers and the message must be from ebay to buyers I send offers to. Thanks guys

The seller showed me proof that he actually mailed the item. I don't know why he didn't show it to me when I asked. It's all good to know now that the item is actually missing/lost...or stolen as how the seller put it.
