Sine I lost classic view, I have not listed anything.
I see literally hundreds of posts asking for it back. I keep hoping the Hub will become more useable. I don’t see any info about positive changes in the Hub..
But no solutions on what to do. My main issue with seller Hub is that my iPad screen does not show a whole page. I have to scroll back & forth to see the views on each item for sale. I can remember only maybe 3 at a time. If I have 100 items up, just checking how many views which used to require easy scrolling down can now take 45 minutes or longer.
Does anyone have a suggestion? Maybe use 2 devices at once? CS through Facebook was clueless. I understand that my equipment may be old…
This issue is also added to the thousand clicks to see what has sold, etc. I was in the habit of constantly checking & editing. Can’t do that now.
All I read is that I will get used to the Hub & I have wasted hours. I can’t get used to it if it’s completely unusable. Like learning how to ride a bike with flat tires & no handlebars.
I have many things to sell where eBay is the best place, although we have done ok with Facebook marketplace, some small items are just not the right fit.
I also see the community is much less active. Thank you in advance Any help is appreciated.

I'm not a fan of the hub either, but as I was basically told on here---deal with it and move on. Having said that, though, I view it on a desktop computer where I work and there is no scrolling. I have the ebay app on my ipad mini. There is no scrolling there either, but it looks completely different than the desktop, so I mostly check stuff and do little else on there.

I don’t currently have a desk top or lap top or camera I have used in 5 years. Have a phone & iPad. Had a pretty good set up in one room with mannequins, shadow boxes, good light. No place to set up desktop or laptop if I had one. that issue could be addressed with a lot of hassle & $$ for new. equipment. No other room in the house has good light. Running from room to room doesn’t seem like a good solution, although a solution.
I was going to ask for no replies as to how happy others are with the Hub. I see hundreds who aren’t & most aren’t asking for a debate or scolding. Good for those who love it, but that doesn’t help my very specific issue.
I realize my devices aren’t up to date & that may be the problem.
eBay has been diminishing returns & im pretty sure investing much in equipment to use on eBay might take months to pay for.
As for dealing with it…. That’s what I’m trying to do.
I prefer not to but I am.
As I said before, I don’t like creamed peas, I never will, (personal preference) what I like has nothing to do with trying to make this work. I don’t like it, but I’m trying.
Eat all the creamed peas you want to & gloat about it. There are those who like seller hub. Good for you. Doesn’t help to be told that. I want to try to make it work.
Giving up selling on eBay is an option, dealing with it. I was just trying one more time.

Using a laptop with Firefox, I open this page first,

The links to other pages I use are on the left under "Selling". Then I open "Sold", "Active", "Scheduled", etc in separate tabs. Don't know if this will help with the iPad. Works for me.

Must be some logic in there somewhere. People who can't keep up with the times lose out. That's just how it is. My laptop takes up about 15" x 18". Can't make room for that?

Well, I think that you are in a very small minority of those that haven’t learned to live with the hub, or, gasp, even come to prefer it. I see very few e-mails with complaints – after the first wave of shock, there has been almost nothing on the topic. Contrast that with the seemingly never-ending appetite to complain about gov’t tax requirements and managed payments, I’d say that the hub doesn’t register on a worry list for most.
Regardless, yep, I’d say that you have an equipment issue if it takes you 45 minutes to check on number of listing views. I often need to use the hub on my iPhone browser, if I have a phone with the eBay app for my main selling account, as I have different phones that default to one account or the other. It takes practically no time to see such things. Maybe 8 seconds.

I switched to the seller hub a couple years ago and I never looked back. I find it light years better than the classic view. Pretty much everything I need is just one click away, and it is much faster.
I have no doubt that will find "literally hundreds of posts asking for it back", but in those threads you will also find hundreds of posts saying the SH better. You cannot please everyone.

Any threads you are finding are a year+ old as this is the way it's been for the better part of 2021 and will be going forward.
The old way is gone and learning the new way is just not that difficult. Everything is on one page, with items that you NEED TO SHIP (which means they have been bought and paid for) is the First Thing you see.

Don't use iPad.......so don't know if this would work......but have you tried reducing the size of the page...zooming out? Try holding down the Ctrl & the - (minus) Keys down at the same time.....

Thanks, all I have is iPad & phone, so equipment choice is limited. Have not been making enough to justify new things.

No, strangely enough, there is not high praise out there for seller hub that I see.
mostly “you will get used to it”.
No excited it’s so great.
when I look at replies, it appears many have quit.
But that’s the way EBay has always been.

Thanks, I have been thinking that using 2 devices might be a good work around.
Now that I’ve put down eBay gor 6 months, except for a few purchases, it’s hard to get back to.
It really is work!
