Super annoyed and frustrated! I have been dealing with major glitches and errors for close to 2 years if not over 2 years. I report the issues to eBay just to get nowhere, I have over 600 items listed but only have 444 items slowing up. I am not sure if that means that over 200 of my items are not available for sale or if eBay is just not showing the correct number of items listed due to a glitch but actually everything is viewable. I live basically sale to sale. struggling extremely bad and due to that going through hard times. I explain the issues to customer service agents just to get nowhere and all they can say is that to be rest assured that the issues will be fixed soon. When is soon? i won't be rest assured until the issues are fully resolved. I have been selling on here for going on 9 years and really don't want to have to learn a new selling site and plan to wait out all these major website issues, But I am not okay with having over 200 items not even showing up viewable. eBay seems to rather put out 2 updates a year and not take care of the issues that need to be fixed. Is anybody else having the above issues? If so how are you dealing with the situation?

I have already done that.

You really need to 'find' at least 1 item that is 'showing as active in the hub' but NOT showing in your store.
I show 611 listings (active, which I believe is correct) but when I go to the 'store' (using another web browser and NOT signing in) it states 'Search all 654 listings.
So, it says I have 654 in the store yet shows 611 in the Active.
The OPPOSITE of you.
On another note, when going to the 'community' at the bottom of the page, it then shows you 'items that have sold and/or are in a 'return' mode, of which you can 'choose' one of the items; it has been showing me some picture COMPLETLY different than what I sell, yet item number, transaction number, price is ALL Correct.
So, moral of the story may be:
You DON'T have any glitches (missing items)- just the numbers are messed up??

Also; to FIND what is missing; go into your 'store' as you are NOT signed in (just look up 1 item, then scroll down and click 'store'
Since you have so many categories it should be easy for you to see what is missing; for instance, under 'other' you have 11 listings. Is that correct? Each category has a 'small' enough amount that you can
compare this to your 'active' (by clicking your active' and 'attempt' to 'edit' items from a specific category.

@hotwheels54321 wrote:available quantity has nothing to do with this issue. Each item is it's own listings. available quantity listings is it's own listings, not more then 1 listing. So no it wouldn't change the active listings number. I should have 652 active listings, Not 444.
@hotwheels54321 The quantities within a listing DO matter.......... As shown your ABC pin has a quantity of 2,
Try this............go to active listing page and click on Multiple Quantities under the quick filters and let us know how many listings show up...........

@dhbookds That can't be it because I have 611 listings and almost ALL have 10 available, so it would show I have 6000+ listings. But it shows 611.

in seller hub...........does it show 611 listings and 6000 quantity?
mine shows
the difference is the multiple quantities. I'm thinking he's seeing the Quantity # and thinking it's listings.........

Yes, I did say that I didn't find any duplicate listings ... meaning no items with different item numbers that had identical titles. So no duplicate listings.
What I did find were item numbers that were being counted more than once. So, 100 unique item numbers that were being counted more than once.

Well, you did say that you have been having this issue (total count of items listed is not right) for quite a while, so it's not accurate to say that you haven't had an issue.
Maybe it would help if you reread my posts, and made sure that you understood them, because so far you have not understood what I was saying.

How do they matter? I have 70 total items that have multiple quantities. I don't see how this is the issue.

None of that is the case. I talked to eBay customer service and 4 different agents have told me that there is a glitch in the system causing this issue. I posted this just to see how many people are affected but instead I am feeling like you are all saying I caused the issue when I didn't. It is a glitch.

I have to give up trying to do any work tonite. I can't get a photo to load in a new listing. I did save on scheduled listing and it dumped me onto some page I had never seen before nor did I want to.
I probably won't even be able to save this message, it will sit on that spinning blue wheel of death.

I know it's confusing........but one more thing that will shut me up or help you
Look on the active page, just above the listings list...... and see your version of this.......
and post what you see (erase the dollar amount if you want)...........
