Live agent help

I've been trying for days to get help with a live human agent. Since my issue can't be helped with Ai.  But all I get is ran in circles now for days by Ai! This is a joke! How do I speak with a real agent?

Type "Have agent call me" in the chat window. You may have to do this a few times depending on how many questions the chat bot asks.

You've got live humans here, but no 'agent'. Note that the humans here have more experience and knowledge, anyway.
