Listings not showing up

Hello,

I created a listing yesterday for an RX 5700 Mech OC. the listing isn't showing up in search results. I made sure to exclude any HTML symbols, and I waited 24 hours. I checked for the listing on multiple browsers and cleared the cache several times. I called Ebay this morning, and they couldn't see it either, but they could see it as active. They told me it was a "glitch", and to try to sell it on the new sellers hub. I did that, but I still can't find my item in the search results, and it is still getting zero views. I know there are hundreds of thousands of search results for this graphics card. This is very frustrating. Has anyone had this issue before?

did you just relist it?  I see 6 days 23 hrs left.........if so it can take 24 hrs to show up......from the start of the auction........

Also you are a new seller on this id?  I'm not sure what the limits are but you may be running into that restriction.......

Yes, Ebay customer service asked me to relist it using on the sellers Hub. They were no help at all, and said it seems like a glitch. They were difficult to understand, and didn't know why it wasn't showing up. It was up for 18 hours when I called them. This is the first item I have sold since 2020, and I am not anywhere near the 24,000$ limit or the 250 items cap.

there is a lot of monkey business  going on with graphics cards

you can also use a longer title

They'll consider you a new seller, so your limits might not be that high.

Hi, it can take up to 24 hours for a listing to show up. If it gets revised before it shows, it goes back to be indexed, and you may have to wait another 24 hours. If you ended it, and relaunched it, that will take another 24 hours potentially.
