I absolutely have no idea why I can't utilize the easy listing tool anymore!!!
I was told I would have to open a new account to utilize it. They said it was no longer available for veteran seller accounts!! WHY????
Guess I will no longer be selling on Ebay....
Just curious if anyone knows the reason behind this change.

So when postage rates go up every January, you have to edit each of those policies?
I just use Calculated Shipping, so I don't have to worry when postage rates go up.
I don't "have to" edit my policies when rates go up, although I usually do. And I often review and edit my policies when my costs other than postage change, too.
You seem stuck on the idea that sellers must charge the actual postage cost as the shipping fee. They don't. And you also don't seem to understand that I have thousands of items and there is no way I am going to package and weigh each one to see which ones are 3.9 ounces and which ones are 4.1 ounces.
When USPS postage rates go up, I re-evaluate my policies. Sometimes I raise prices to offset the increase, and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I adjust prices instead of policies and add 50 cents or a dollar into my price. I find that for some of my items, buyers seem to like $2.50 as a flat shipping cost rather than $3.43 or $3.64 even though the item price is higher. The same money to me; an illusion to the buyer.
I also re-evaluate my policies when my packaging costs change. I recently found an incredibly light-weight packing material that reduces my first class rates by 2 ounces, but it costs about 25 cents more per package.
Editing a policy takes ten seconds and automatically adjusts dozens or even hundreds of listings.
