Listing Page > Search Store Sub Categories

Today when I tried to pull up a Store Sub Category ( Scouts > Patches > 1970s) the Main Category (Scouts) was not being displayed. I have multiple Store Categories with Sub Categories.  At the top are listed all my custom store categories with NO sub categories, but not one of my store categories that have a sub category is displaying. That is the majority of my inventory. On the "new" way to search, they were shown at the bottom instead of in alphabetical order. Now they are not displaying at all.  You seem to be able to pull them up in the live store, just not on the listings pages. I was going to do some bulk edits this morning. Anyone know a workaround? I am afraid if I do a search, not everything I want to edit will come up. Thank you!

Re: Listing Page > Search Store Sub Categories

I have whole categories not showing for ex. Bookshop is a category with over 1,000books but doesn't show because it has sub categories. All the store categories without sub categories show fine. True no estimated time for a fix but they are aware.

Hi devon@ebay kyle@ebay elizabeth@ebay - is there an open tech ticket for this issue that sellers can reference when contacting CS? Bunch of reports last couple days of sellers not able to access store categories that have sub-categories through their seller hub active listings page.

This appears to be a tech issue with sellers that were opted in to the new (still really, really awful) seller hub active listings navigation 2 days ago. See bold text in above quote.

Hey @wastingtime101 there is!         ALERT15489
I'll get it added to the tech board momentarily.

Re: Listing Page > Search Store Sub Categories

Thanks kyle@ebay - I hope they fix this soon. It's nearly impossible to manage listings when we can't filter by category.

Re: Listing Page > Search Store Sub Categories

Kyle this isnt just a tech issue, its a design issue, and the design is tremendously flawed.

Whoever designed this layout has most likely never sold anything or run their own business before.

On the listings tab, we used to be able to click ONE time, and see all of our own categories & subcategories, and immediately access our own inventory. Especially those sellers who have a decent sized inventory in multiple categories.

Now this new design you have to click 5 times to apply filters then click on apply filters, just to see my own listings.

That is already a terrible inefficient design, and currently it is only showing less than half my store categories and zero subcategories.

Seriously, this cannot have been designed by someone who knows anything about running a sales business, someone has got to be able to reach a decision maker and show just how poor of a design this is and how it actually makes running a business more difficult and much more time consuming, especially when the previous layout was just fine, and one of the more efficient things on ebays tech platform.

Please get this changed, its awful

Unfortunately my page does not even have the "All Filters"! Once again it wasn't broken and was fixed anyway!!!!

Re: Listing Page > Search Store Sub Categories

Yes, the front of the store works correctly. The back side, off seller hub > listings is where the problem is. We can't pull up items by category to make edits or revisions. This hinders many people's business.

Re: Listing Page > Search Store Sub Categories

It might be partially fixed. If you end and sell similar, be careful! Now sold items are displaying on the ended page!!!! I spent the day dissolving most of my sub categories. Thank you eBay for monopolizing my time on pointless tasks. That is not how we make money for you.

Re: Listing Page > Search Store Sub Categories

Mine are not back - was there a fix people did? I usually send out offers based on my sub categories but since many disappeared I am stuck sending a flat offer across all my sub categories.
