Listing Not showing in searches

Hello, I created a listing quite some time ago, a few months, and I am finding very few people are finding it. I have several hundred other items listed and have a 100% feedback rating. I am not sure why when I do a search for the exact title it is not showing up anywhere. The title is

18k Gold Lily Pendant 28" Necklace Hollow 25DWT 38.88 Grams

item number 284230298907

Any help understanding why it is hard to find, none existent, would be greatly appreciated.

I found it using your full exact title - no problems

I just tried using you title and nothing.

Tried using your item number and nothing.

Tried using your item number in completed listings and nothing.

Tried looking at items you have for sale and then searched for title and nothing.

It seems like your item does not exists but the second poster said they found it.  Maybe they can post the link where the found it?

Is this suppose be a current listing?

Yes, this is a current active listing. It shows in my active list but I cant pull it up in a search.

I found it using the item number and also when I searched lily pendant 28".

I accidentally stumbled across this.

When I searched your item I had previously been search shipping charges to another country.  When I searched for you items it pulled up 115 items.  I noticed the shipping was selected for Columbia and changed it to the US and then it pulled up 222 items.

So maybe check the shipping box and make sure it has a US Zip Code.  Some countries will not allow Gold Imports so they will not pull up for them in a search.

What shipping address are you using to calculate your shipping? I notice that item only ships to the US, so if you are not using a US country setting and ZIP code, the item may not turn up in a search for you.

45322 same zip it is being shipped from.

Maybe your listings are being reported for the TOS in them.

It showed up fine for me. If you're having issues with it, I'd end the listing and Sell Similar.
